We’re delighted to say that Renegade Monk won a gold and a silver at the 2019 World Cheese Awards in Bergamo, Italy.
This is the most truly international of the various awards we enter. 3,804 cheeses entered from 42 countries so it’s thrilling to be recognised. The gold is for the best soft cheese from a small producer. Well, they say small – but anyone who produces less than two tonnes a week. The silver is in the category for members of the Specialist Cheesemakers Association.
